- •Violate any applicable employment laws or regulations
- •Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- •Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- •Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- •Circumvent security measures or access controls
- •Use automated systems (bots) without authorization
- •Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services
4. Job Seeker-Specific Terms
4.1 Profile and Resume
- •You warrant that all information in your profile is accurate and truthful
- •You own or have rights to all content you submit
- •You grant us a license to display and share your profile with employers
- •You are responsible for keeping your profile up to date
4.2 Job Applications
- •We facilitate connections but are not party to employment agreements
- •We do not guarantee job offers or employment
- •You should independently verify employer legitimacy
- •Report suspicious job postings immediately
4.3 Safety Guidelines
- •Never provide financial information or send money to employers
- •Be cautious of job offers that seem too good to be true
- •Research companies before accepting offers

5. Employer-Specific Terms
5.1 Job Postings

- •Positions must be genuinely remote or have remote work options

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for operating and promoting our Services.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is owned by RemoteTalent.ph or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RemoteTalent.ph AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- •Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- •Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- •Damages arising from user interactions or employment relationships
- •Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RemoteTalent.ph and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

11. Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
11.4 Arbitration
Parties agree to attempt resolution through arbitration before the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its arbitration rules.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- •You violate these Terms
- •You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- •Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- •We discontinue the Services
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- •Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
- •We may delete your account and content
